Frederic Servieres

Founder & Director

I was educated in France and in the UK and I graduated from London University in History & Politics.

Prior to setting up my Consultancy firm, I spent 6 years at Cims, now part of the Affinion Group, developing new lifestyle products and affinity programmes for some of the world’s leading banks.

In 2003, I joined Octopus Travel as head of the international business development team, where I acquired further knowledge of global business, which included the Implementation of an affiliate strategy (b2b2c), the development and expansion of new growth channels and the re-energisation of existing accounts. Overseas projects included the launch of franchises in Europe and a number of consultancy assignments in the company’s Spanish and Italian offices.

In 2007, I joined Daniela Wagner and Soren Langelund as Senior Project Manager for their international consultancy firm ITO (www.ito-ag.com) before founding my Servieres Consulting in 2009.

Alessandro Pappalardo

Consultant - Business Development and Marketing

I graduated in Economics and Tourism Management Services from the University of Florence.

In the past seven years, I have gained a wide experience in sales and marketing roles across a variety of industries, including start-up, retail and insurance sectors.

Since joining Servieres Consulting, I have worked on a number of exciting projects ranging from market research, marketing strategies, business development and overseas expansion.

My skills include SEO, web analytics, email marketing, social media strategies and the development of new growth channels.

I can carry out projects in English or Italian.

Helen Bowron

Consultant - Product Sourcing and Development

I have a BA Honours in German with Danish at University College London, and a post-graduate diploma at the Institute of Marketing. My career has included incoming UK, Europe and contracting, principally for American Express.

In 2003 I founded TVL.TVL.LTD, offering an alternative to employing full-time contracting staff. Customers benefit from years of experience and established contacts.

Since then, I have expanded to include worldwide services through a network of carefully selected providers, which can be offered to major distributors both in the UK and Europe.

I have carried out major contracting projects on behalf of American tour operators and alumni groups, international hotel, cruise OTA’s and hotels.

Aurelia Zenou

Consultant - E-Marketing, Social Media

I have an Honours Masters Degree in International Business, with a specialisation in Tourism and Ecommerce, from the Université d’Avignon. Most of my professional career to date has been in the travel and tourism sector. I am now focusing on emarketing and how to maximise brand awareness on social media.

I have worked both in France and in the UK on emarketing projects for a number of companies, including www.ewaterways.com, combining my skills in search engine optimisation and web content writing. I have also translated a number of websites from English to French.
